The licence governing Krikya operations does not extend to certain countries and regions. Access to the platform, its applications, and all associated services is restricted in the following territories:

Any claims or disputes relating to those entities must be directed to the relevant company or to the applicable regulator.

A licence verification system is available to allow users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Krikya game licence at any time. This digital status-check tool is maintained by the Curacao Gaming Authority, and all texts, images, and materials displayed within it remain the exclusive property of the regulator. The content is protected by copyright, and any commercial or other third-party use without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Improper use of verification materials may result in legal penalties under applicable intellectual property and regulatory laws.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Krikya platform and its applications are protected under the rights of the licence holder or the issuing regulator. Ownership of these marks extends beyond registered domain names to include all brand-style elements associated with the platform, such as visual identifiers, colour schemes, and service marks. Unauthorised use of any protected identifier is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in legal liability under applicable trademark and intellectual property law.
